1. A wine aficionado’s dream come true
Always partial to a good drop or two, it should come as no surprise that The Forever Young Club team has launched our very own FYC Wine Club.
All registered FYC Wine Club members are now eligible for up to 45% savings on all wine purchases and some exclusive specials of up to 70% off the original retail price! That means you can now take advantage of your FYC membership to enjoy more wine for less! With many of the wines hailing from the aged barrels of renowned and well loved Australian and French vineyards, this is an offer we’d all willingly drink to!
To start adding to your collection now, simply click on the FYC Wine Club banner either on the Home Page, or in the Lifestyle - Food and Wine section. You will be able to browse and order high quality wine at a fraction of the retail price and enjoy free delivery anywhere in Australia for orders of 12 bottles or more. Register your interest now to win a year’s supply of wine with no necessary purchase.
And what better way to enjoy a good glass of wine, than with some fine food and friends? For ‘vino’ recommendations or to seek out fellow wine connoisseurs, please visit our Food and Wine forums now!

4. Get back on track with John Cheetham
We are delighted that John S. Cheetham has joined us as our resident psychologist.
John will be contributing to the site, with insights from his many years as a private and corporate psychologist. He would also be very happy to hear from anyone through the Lifestyle/Relationship forums for topics of interest to you, and your views and experiences for discussion.
Ever feel like you just needed a little time out to take stock and de-stress? Forever Young Club’s resident psychologist John S Cheetham is on hand to help! John is a respected Melbourne-based psychologist well known to Australians through his media work on 3AW in Melbourne, 5AA in Adelaide, 6PR in Perth and 2UE in Sydney.
John will be contributing to the content of the site, with insights from his many years as a private and corporate psychologist. He would also be very happy to hear from anyone through the Lifestyle/Relationship forums for topics of interest to you, and your views and experiences for discussion.
More recently, John has produced an audio CD inspired by sky-rocketing stress-levels experienced by this generation. Scripted and narrated by qualified and experienced Melbourne psychologists, ‘Back on Track’ is a unique audio resource designed to assist working parents to achieve a happier and healthier home-to-office transition. The two-disc production covers such topics as ‘The nature of change’, ‘Our thinking and its effect’, ‘A tip for parents’, ‘Procrastination’, ‘Taking control’, and ‘Living one day at a time’.
According to John Cheetham, observations have shown that people become less distressed and are able to turn around negative situations more quickly when they have the knowledge and skills to intervene in their own thoughts.
This easy to listen CD offers practical advice and stress reducing strategies for people who want to learn how to reduce stress but can’t spare the time to visit a psychologist or a counselor.
‘Back on Track’ retails for $32 (plus postage and handling) and can be ordered via www.feelbetter.com.au, calling 03 9532 1911. An exclusive offer of 20% off the price of the CD, to FYC members, is available ($25.60 + p/h), simply state that you are a member of FYC in the comments box at the bottom of the order page.
Part proceeds from each sale of ‘Back on Track’ are being donated to the Skyline Foundation, a charity dedicated to ensuring that specially talented and disadvantaged teenagers have access to educational opportunities to help them develop their strengths. Visit www.skylinefoundation.org.au
Founder of the Cheetham Consulting Group, psychologist, author and broadcaster John Cheetham specialises in trauma counselling, working through challenging family dynamics and encouraging personal motivation.
